Junior High Football for the remainder of the Week, 8/28-8/31: Wednesday, 6-8 PM (full pads beginning inside & finishing outside). Thursday, 6-8 PM (full pads beginning inside & finishing outside). Friday, 3:30-6 PM (full pads beginning at SH & finishing at KWU). Saturday, practice canceled.
SH JH FB: football players should wear a t-shirt and shorts to practice this evening and bring tennis shoes.

SH HS Football: Due to the heat, Tuesday's practice (8/27) will be 6-8pm. Tomorrow (Mon. 8/26) the team will meet for film at 5:15pm in Coach Darrow's room.
SH JH/HS Cross country teams will continue with morning practices this week Monday-Wed 6-7:15* am due to heat.

SH Junior high football: due to high temperatures expected next week, our practices for Monday and Tuesday will be from 6-8 PM. We will assess again to determine practice time for next Wednesday.

SH Spirit Team pictures will be Friday at the waterfall at KWU. Please wear the new white uniforms for cheer and blue sequin dresses for dance. Hair down, no-show socks, and don't forget your poms. Plan to meet at 5:15- we are the last pictures of the day. Don't forget your picture forms and payment!

For clear and timely communication regarding your student’s activities and involvement, we ask that you enroll in the appropriate group notifications through our mobile app. This includes grade level, academic, extra-curricular, and athletic group notifications.
This will be used by staff, coaches, and school leaders to share important updates specific to your child’s activities. (Ex. if you have a 5th grader who participates in Extended Care and Band, you would select to receive notifications about 5th grade, Extended Care, and Band.)

Open SCS app and select:
> Menu in the bottom left
> Settings icon in the bottom right
> Notification preferences
> Groups
> Select all that apply
> Tap 'Save' and you're all set!
